Export or delete
Open Member → Privacy to download a JSON export or delete your account. Export includes account and preference data, saved work, practice sessions and reports, own purchases, submissions and item reports. There is no provider key to export or recover. You can also delete individual practice sessions.
Before deletion
A renewing Pro Monthly subscription must be canceled in the billing portal first. Deletion requires your email confirmation. It removes linked member records and anonymizes submissions while retaining purchase and immutable audit evidence. Staff references may require support review before deletion. Polar’s own records and a separately subscribed newsletter are not deleted by this action; unsubscribe separately.
