Cancel online
Open Member → Plan → Manage billing to reach Polar’s customer portal. Cancel Pro Monthly there before the next renewal to stop future charges. When cancellation is set for the end of the period, access continues until the recorded period end. Canceling does not itself issue a refund. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring renewal.
Refund requests
Contact support with the purchase reference, or use Polar’s purchase-support path. Polar is the merchant of record and processes refunds. Eligibility depends on applicable consumer rights and reviewed purchase terms. No discretionary refund window, processing deadline or waiver of statutory rights is promised here. A refund can change paid access after payment reconciliation.
